European Tour Day 5: Sightseeing and reflection on 3Ps
Day 5. March 4.
Today was simply a day of living the spirit of the three principles (which from here-on I will refer to as the 3Ps for easier writing).
What does living the spirit of the 3Ps mean?
To me it means allowing one’s innate health to be unencumbered by any low-consciousness thinking so we are simply in high spirits, living in a nice feeling. That’s what often happens when we just relax with wonderful people who all understand the 3Ps.
I went to a very pleasant fishing/sailing village of Malaga on an estuary of the east coast of England, with Sue, Sheela, Katja and a very interesting man named Paul from Wales.
Paul has had nothing short of an amazing life and when he was 14 or 15 he had a spiritual experience within the realm of Syd’s [Sydney Banks] where he saw Oneness, then he lived in an Aruvedic (I think) monastery for 4 or 5 years. He said the 3Ps gave an explanation to what he experienced.
Now he runs an art gallery near the coast of Wales. Very beautiful fellow. We all just had a really mellow, nice time.
Oh, by the way, the night before we had some extremely gluttonous fish and chips, because ever since I hit England I had a craving for it.
