European Tour Day 23: Three Principles training in Berlin
Day 23, March 22.
Had my first training on this trip that didn’t feel in the A or A- range. I’d give it a B+. But I’m absolutely fine with that, because the people from the group most likely to be teaching the 3Ps in Germany in the future all had new, big insights, and as usual I met really lovely, very sharp and wonderful people.
It was also a good learning experience for Andrea, Katja and me.
While I felt very present during the training and really enjoyed it, I didn’t feel quite as fresh, and I’ve concluded that I’ve been working too (not hard but) often. Luckily, I’ve got a few days coming up of going back to just being a tourist (with a coaching session or two thrown in).
The other thing was I felt the training was about an hour too long; people seemed to get really tired in the last hour, despite that someone had a really big insight in the last hour.
For Katja and Andrea their learning was that they realized how they each got into their heads with extraneous thoughts that took them away from the total presence they both had in Ratzeburg. But I’d still say this training in Berlin was a major success.
Funny about my thoughts about the hotel shoe box room I’m in. Not only is it tiny, but pretty gloomy, and at first I was bemoaning my fate that I had to stay here for four days, but when I heard the people next door loud and clear having a very good time through the very thin walls, all of a sudden I thought this was all very amusing, and am chalking it up to an interesting experience.
