European Tour Day 41: Resting and recuperating
Day 41, April 9.
Coming to Javea early to recuperate is one of the best moves I made on this trip. I hope I haven’t been too much of a burden on the wonderful, very giving Amanda O’Shea, Ms Serendipity, but she says I haven’t.
I woke up this morning after that massage/reflexology yesterday, and I felt considerably better—about 80% back to normal (considering I felt about 40%, that’s huge).
Very relaxing day. Had a cup of tea with Fran, then went to the vegetarian lunch again at the beach with Amanda and met her very bright and very, very intense friend, Storm, who knows a whole lot about a whole lot of things (and wants to tell the world–he’s writing another book right now on Sacred Geometry).
After a siesta Amanda, Fran and I went for a Tapas dinner in the old part of Javea, which is beautiful.
The one session I had today got cancelled, and I was just as happy about that. Just exactly the kind of day I needed. I can feel myself healing, just in time for my Extended Professional Training weekend.
