I woke up feeling like my old self, and it’s a good thing because my new training started today, and I couldn’t have done it the way I was feeling. Half the group was new people. And to my surprise it was mostly new people who didn’t have very much experience with the 3Ps, and my intent was for this to be my deepest training: Breaking free of the Known: Our Cutting Edge of Understanding. But I decided I had to go that deep for the other half of the people, so I just jumped in with both feet. And it went great! I couldn’t have asked for anything better. And, because it was a retreat, we took the afternoon off and I just went to the beach by myself and it was the most glorious beach day. I took a half-hour swim in the sea. Glorious. Perfect. Could not have been a better day.
