Tuesday, October 30. Simply and totally utterly spent and exhausted after that beautiful training retreat. Spent 4 hours trying to find the hotel I remembered doing laundry at last year. Stuck all my laundry in the back of my backpack, bursting at the seams and took off walking in the right direction. Got lost. Finally found it. The Albir Gardens Resort Hotel. Did laundry. Gabriela and Wil showed up to do the same. Came back, took a bath. Tried to have a meeting with Sheela, Katja and Gab but I was barely there. Feeling lousy, like I’m fighting off a cold. Went to bed early.
