Monday, May 28. The Celtics lost to Lebron James. 🙁 I am so proud of them, though. They got much farther than anybody expected after being riddled with injuries to two of their three best players and some key subs. Oh well… Wait till next year! After taking final run on the beach in the morning— I don’t know what I did to my left knee but part of the time when I was running for the last couple of days it really hurt, and I stopped being able to climb the stairs without pain and even had to start taking the elevator, which is really rare for me— I finished up one of my best trainings. I guess I didn’t need to have any trepidation of there being half advanced coaches and half people not very familiar with the Three Principles, but it all worked so beautifully. I just love that feeling that people bask in at the end of a training retreat like this.
In the evening I felt pretty exhausted, so I just spent the evening by myself, eating my cold leftover pizza, which was delicious, getting my last stracciatella from the best gelato shop I’ve ever experienced, watched an Amazon Prime movie and went to bed, after a very satisfying experience in Rimini. Oh, and many kudos go to Graziana, who translated the entire training for me so beautifully. I love doing a translated training, because it slows me way down. And now she’s about to work on translating Seduced by Consciousness—not an easy task because there is no really good word for consciousness in the Italian language.Tomorrow I leave early in the morning with Monica for Rome. I’m excited.
