European Tour #3 – A mini adventure in Edinburgh
Day 20. May 1. Sunday.
A new month, a new adventure awaits. In the month of April my trip could not have been better. I can’t believe 20 days have passed already as if they all happened in a week.
I am indebted to Sheela and Katja and Diane and all my newly “graduated” trainees and new friends. I am indebted to Robin Johnson for taking me in and providing me with me best holiday on Mallorca and for just being who she is. You can check out what she does at www.greatmystery.org.
The mini-adventure
Now on to Edinburgh, Scotland, where I had a mini-adventure. My plane was delayed almost an hour, which caused Jacquie not to be able to pick me up. She didn’t have my phone number. So when I got off the plane, no Jacquie. I waited 45 minutes, then tried to call her number but couldn’t get through. Okay, no problem, I decided to take a bus into city center. Luckily, it was my third time there, so I kind of knew the direction to walk in when I got off the bus. Finally we connected by phone and she came and picked me up after I’d walked about a mile or two.
She and Jerry made a nice Thai chicken curry, which I really appreciated since I managed to eat only a health-candy bar for lunch.
I’m exhausted. Little sleep last night. And tomorrow I have to be on again.
